Company
Heliosync Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
An AI-first technology company, incorporated in 2026 and building for the decade after this one.
Mission
To take capability that is normally out of reach — software shaped around how an organisation actually works, a professional advertising campaign without a marketing team, eventually quantum computing itself — and make it affordable enough to use. Most of what we build replaces something that was either too expensive to buy or is still being done on paper.
Vision
Systems that carry their own share of the work: software that runs an operation rather than only recording it, a digital entity that persists — with memory, identity and the ability to act — and quantum processors as ordinary a component as a CPU or a GPU. Behind all of it sits one research question: whether intelligence built this way can move toward artificial cognition, and what kind of computing that would take.
We are not there yet, and the question is open. Each of those is a direction we are working in, not a product we are selling.
Story
Where this came from.
Heliosync was founded on a straightforward observation: most software in the sectors we care about is not badly designed so much as badly maintained. It was built to a deadline, shipped, and then left. The people using it work around it every day.
We started the company to build the other kind — software with an architecture chosen before the framework, written to be understood by whoever inherits it, and improved after launch rather than abandoned at it.
The name carries the idea. Helio is the sun: vision, warmth, the thing you are aiming at. Sync is the engineering: precision, coordination, the part that has to actually work. The logo splits the two in gold and platinum, and the coherence field running behind this site is that same idea as a physical model — independent oscillators finding a common phase. It is what a company is when it is working.
We are early. Four products exist — three live, one in development — the digital human programme is research rather than a product, and we have published no papers. All of that is stated plainly across this site, because a reader can tell the difference between a young company and a young company pretending otherwise.
Timeline
What has actually happened.
Two entries, because two things have happened. It will get longer honestly.
Before Heliosync
It started as StudioNoir
An independent AI creative studio working in generative media and digital humans. StudioNoir continues today as its own brand — Heliosync is what the engineering side of that practice grew into.
7 July 2026
Heliosync Technologies Pvt. Ltd. incorporated
Registered in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, as an AI-first technology company. The experience carries forward; the company is new.
Now
Four products, three of them live
Dental HMS is live and being implemented with a dental clinic. Heliosync SchoolOS and JurisCore, legal research and drafting for law firms, are live too; a retail point-of-sale system is in development, with the digital human and quantum photonics research running alongside.
Values
Four, and we mean them.
Precision
Exactness is a form of respect — for the user, for the next engineer, and for the problem.
Honesty
We describe what exists. Ambition is stated as ambition, in the future tense.
Patience
Deep technology takes the time it takes. We would rather be late than approximately right.
Ownership
From the design tokens to the deployment, we understand every layer we ship.
Structure
How the company is organised.
Heliosync is organised around capabilities rather than around business units. Applied AI, software engineering, digital humans and research are practices, not departments, and the same people move between them.
StudioNoir is an independent creative brand, not a division or subsidiary. It began before Heliosync and continues on its own terms; the two work together where the work overlaps.
Leadership
To be published.
Names, roles and photographs will be added here once they are confirmed for publication. Placeholder headshots and invented titles would be worse than an empty section, so this section is empty.
Work with us
Building something that needs to be right.
Partnerships, research collaboration, investment, or a role on the team — the door is the same one.
