We have not shipped a product for Finance. Below is the system we would start from — a design position drawn as a schematic, not a product, a demo or a client project.
Reconciliation with its own audit trail
A system that would match two ledgers entry by entry, record who resolved each difference and why, and report only from what has actually reconciled.
An approximate answer in finance is a wrong one. The design would make every figure traceable to the entries behind it and every change traceable to a person.
This sector is listed because it is one we build for, not because there is a product waiting behind the link. Five products exist today and they cover healthcare, education, legal and retail. The engineering is the offering, not the sector — tell us what breaks today, and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we should build, including when the answer is no.
