A young company that says what it has built, and what it has not.
Heliosync was incorporated in Gorakhpur in July 2026. It builds software for
institutions, runs the creative studio it grew out of, and keeps two research
programmes. This page says who runs it, how to join, and where it is registered.

About Heliosync
Three kinds of work under one company: software that has to stay correct for
years, a studio that makes campaigns, and research on what computes next. Each is
listed below with its status, in the same words the rest of the site uses.
Digital HumanShanaya, the brain designed for it, and a voice prototypeResearch, one prototype
Photonics and QKDroom-temperature photon detection, quantum keys in open airProgramme, no results yet
What the work has in common
A tooth charted today has to be the same tooth on the bill and at the follow-up
years later. A hearing date has to be right the morning it matters. The software
is built for records like these, where an error is found long after it was made.
StudioNoir came first. It is the AI creative studio Heliosync grew out of, and it
still runs under its own name at studionoir.in.
What we do not claim
Shanaya is the brain we are designing for a digital human. None of that brain is
built; what runs is a desktop voice prototype. The photonics programme has three literature reviews, a test plan and a
proposed architecture, and no measurements.
We publish no customer counts, testimonials or client names. When we can say
more with permission, we will.
Fig. 1.1 The record so far Record
Every dated fact about the company, on a day axis that ends on the day this page
was served, counted from incorporation as day 0. Below it, the ten years of the
DPIIT recognition drawn to scale, valid for as long as turnover stays under
₹200 crore in every financial year; the shaded sliver is the stretch shown above.
Dates are read from the certificates and our own records, and nothing on the
axis is a plan.
§ 02
Leadership
Heliosync is led by its founder, with a small team in the founder's office.
Each role is described as it is.
Utkarsh Saxena
Founder and CEO

Heliosync Technologies in July 2026. He leads product, architecture, AI integration, design and
deployment across the company's software, and leads its research programme in
room-temperature quantum photonics.
He is the author of the programme's working paper on a layered architecture for
room-temperature quantum key distribution. It is a draft and has not been peer
reviewed.
He is studying for a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering at KIET
Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad (2023 to 2027).
Ujjwal Tiwari
Co-founder, StudioNoir · Intern, Founder's Office

founder's office as an intern, on SaaS development across the company's
products. He builds in Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase and Python.
He is studying for a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering at KIET
