We have not shipped a product for Defence. Below is the system we would start from — a design position drawn as a schematic, not a product, a demo or a client project.
An offline-first operations record
A system that would run on its own local network with no dependency on the internet, record every action to an append-only log, and verify every request at the boundary before it is trusted.
The design would start from three assumptions rather than add them later: the network is absent, the environment is hostile, and the log is evidence rather than debugging output.
This sector is listed because it is one we build for, not because there is a product waiting behind the link. Five products exist today and they cover healthcare, education, legal and retail. The engineering is the offering, not the sector — tell us what breaks today, and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we should build, including when the answer is no.
