We build software that institutions depend on, a studio that turns one product into a campaign, and a research programme on what computes next.

Fig. 0.1 Order without a conductor Conceptual Live simulation The Kuramoto model on a grid. Every cell is an oscillator whose phase θ is drawn as a colour around the wheel. Each has its own natural frequency (σ = 0.06) and is coupled only to its four neighbours: dθi/dt = ωi + K Σj∈nbrs sin(θj − θi) + noise. Neighbours fall into step first and domains of one colour grow. Where the phase winds once around a point, no local agreement is possible, and a vortex forms; vortices of opposite sign drift together and annihilate. The count is computed live from the winding of every 2×2 square of cells.

Nothing in this field is in charge. Order spreads because each part keeps time with the parts beside it. That is what the sync in Heliosync means, and it is how we try to build: a clinic, a school, a practice, a studio, each made of many local parts that stay in step.

Fig. 0.2 The same idea, everyone coupled to everyone Conceptual Live simulation Take away the grid and couple every oscillator to every other: Kuramoto's original model (1975), solvable on paper. 256 oscillators, each with its own natural frequency ωi, coupled with strength K: dθi/dt = ωi + (K/N) Σj sin(θj − θi). The frequencies follow a Lorentzian of half-width γ = 0.5, for which the critical coupling is Kc = 2γ = 1. Below it the phases drift apart; above it they lock into one rhythm, and the order parameter r rises along the curve r = √(1 − Kc/K). Oscillators marked in bronze are the ones locked, |ωi| ≤ K·r. Drag K to try it.

§ 02

Software

Systems for work that has to be right years later: a tooth, a student, a hearing date, an investment. Each figure is drawn from how the product actually works.

Dental HMS

Your clinic never forgets.

Appointments, chair-side charting, treatment plans that carry their own history, prescriptions a chemist can read, and billing under General, CGHS and ECHS rates, in one clinical workflow. Being implemented with a dental clinic, and available to deploy now.

Fig. 2.1 Two-digit tooth notation Built FDI notation (ISO 3950): the first digit is the quadrant, the second the tooth's place counted from the midline, read from the front so the patient's right is on your left. Dental HMS charts in this notation, so tooth 36, the first molar lower left, is the same tooth on the chart, the bill and the follow-up years later.

SchoolOS

An ERP manages a school. SchoolOS connects one.

Student records, academics, examinations, finance, transport, communication and the school's own public website, over a single record that travels from admission to reports without being typed twice.

One student record at the centre, joined to six role portals: management, administrators, teachers, students, parents and staff.onerecordManagementAdministratorsTeachersStudentsParentsStaff
Fig. 2.2 One record, six surfaces Built A star graph: every role portal reads the same record and sees only its own surface. An admission entered once is the same fact in the classroom, the fee ledger and the parent's phone.

Advocate OS

The operating system for Indian advocates.

Every matter carries its hearings, orders, tasks and deadlines on one timeline, with eCourts case status, cause lists and limitation periods built in. Clients follow their matter through a secure link; time and advances become GST invoices in rupees. The assistant drafts with its source cited, and nothing reaches a client, a court or an invoice until the advocate approves it.

A sample matter on a time axis: order on 12 October, certified copy on 13 October, written statement due on 4 November, thirty days from service, and the next hearing on 12 November 2026.30 days from serviceservice5 Oct12 Oct19 Oct26 Oct2 Nov9 Nov16 NovOrder passed12-10-2026Certified copy13-10-2026Written statement due04-11-2026Next hearing · Court 6, item 2112-11-2026
Fig. 2.3 A matter as intervals in time Built The sample matter from the Advocate OS film. Hearings are points; a limitation period is an interval measured from an event, so a written statement due on 4 November at “30 days from service” fixes service at 5 October. Advocate OS proposes dates like these from the order and waits for the advocate's yes. Sample data.

StorkWealth

Every plan approved by an advisor before an investor sees it.

An investor app and an advisor portal for mutual fund distributors: a guided journey from sign-up to a first SIP, risk profiling with advisor sign-off, goals, portfolios with XIRR, calculators and reports. Advisors see their client book and who needs a call today. Built for many firms, each with its own branding and its data kept apart.

Runs today as a demo. It is not yet connected to an exchange and handles no real orders or money.

StudioNoir

Give it one product photograph. StudioNoir plans the campaign and produces it: film, reels, stories, stills and ads, ready to run.

Digital Human

Shanaya is the brain we are designing for our digital human. It takes the human brain layer by layer, gives each layer's job to a software component, and says plainly where the comparison breaks. None of that brain is built yet. What runs today is a desktop voice prototype that listens, answers and speaks.

Fig. 4.1 Function, not experience Planned From the Shanaya Brain Atlas (October 2026): each layer of the brain beside the component proposed to do its job. Every component is a proposal; the ones marked research are open experiments. The atlas also records where each match fails: she has no body and no chemistry, and she runs in discrete cycles rather than continuously.

Steps shaded grey run in the cloud.

Research

Light carries information in its phase and polarisation. Our programme asks how to detect single photons at room temperature, and how quantum key distribution holds up in open air. It is a programme, not a set of results: we have a literature map, a planned experiment and a proposed architecture, and we will publish results when there are some.

How we draw

We don't decorate with mathematics. Every figure here had to pass five questions before it was allowed on the page.

  1. Concept What scientific or mathematical idea does it show?
  2. Relevance Why does it belong to this piece of work?
  3. Construction Is the geometry real, computed rather than traced?
  4. Composition Does it make the page clearer?
  5. Consistency Does it speak the same visual language as the rest?
